21 Day Raw, it adds the concept or raw foodism, which dictates that foods should be eaten completely raw or heated at temperatures below 104–118°F.  A raw diet is generally rich in fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains and legumes.  Alternative meal preparation methods, such as juicing, blending, soaking, sprouting and dehydrating, are used instead of cooking.  It also tends to be naturally low in processed foods. 

Nutritional yeast has a strong flavor that is described as nutty, cheesy, or creamy, which makes it popular as an ingredient in cheese substitutes or RAW and Vegan diets.

21 Days Raw Eating

I personally love eating raw for short periods of times

A raw food diet, also sometimes called “raw foodism,” is about eating mostly or all unprocessed and uncooked foods so you get all the nutrients without the dangerous additives. The goal of eating more raw foods is to obtain plenty of nutrients in an easy-to-better digestion, maintain released weight,  additionally for overall self care.

Eating raw, blending, green smoothie

Micro Sprouts Green Smoothie

1 cup coconut water 

2 cups organic sunflower sprouts

1/2 cup cucumber chunks 

1/2 cup pineapple chunks

1/2 cup ice

Blueberry Breakfast - 1/2 cup blueberries -   1/2 cup black berries - 1 cup vanilla yogurt -  1/2 Tsp. vanilla - 1/2 Tsp. nutmeg - walnuts for garnish

Banana Shake - 1 frozen organic bananas - 1 cup almond milk - ½ cup vanilla yogurt - 1 Tbsp. honey - 1 Tbsp. organic ginger - 1 Tbsp. almond extract

Carrot Drink - 1/2 cup carrot juice - 1/2 cup orange juice - 1/2 cup cucumber juice - 1/2 Tsp. organic ginger powder - 1/2 Tsp. organic Turmeric powder

you want to be eating at least 50% - 100% Raw. Incorporating

try eating raw for 21 day intervals at least twice annually. Food can be cold, room temperature, or even a little hot, as long as it doesn’t go above 118 degrees, except your medicinal teas. Blenders, food processor, dehydrators or the natural sunlight out doors can be used to prepare foods. Un-Cook my meals.
