This Eat Emotionally Well Retreat doesn’t call for radical transformation as much as it calls for intentional transformation. This retreat is designed for individuals who desire and are committed to living an intentional, healthier lifestyle using mindset and nutrition in a relaxing gorgeous luxury stay in Nassau Bahamas.
When it comes to foodstuff Sharlene loves to experiment with interesting flavors, spices, fresh herbs and exotic ingredients. She almost always starts her meals with decadent dessert creations. Retreat participants will experience relaxing hands on unique cooking sessions while enjoying mouth-watering, irresistible, uniquely delicious whole food creations using her concept of Sha king 50/50 meals.
This concept is not the usual vegetarian cooking perception; however it will have an emphasis on seasonal organic whole plant foods mostly raw and some organic raw dairy.
